摘  要：ACS800工业多传动变频器广泛地被使用，但在使用中会由于多种因素导致变频器故障从而停机，最为严重的就是模块硬件的故障，将影响生产的过程，给用户造成经济损失。本文从逆变模块的硬件组成及功能介绍着手，通过降容判断故障模块，介绍了典型故障分析处理。通过对故障模块的原因分析及维修，提高了故障的处理效率，也降低了维护成本。
