摘  要：本文针对糖果生产过程中最重要的熬糖机控制系统为研究背景，设计了一套基于PLC的熬糖机控制系统。该系统在保证产品质量的情况下，它的自动化程度更高、可靠性更强，很大程度上提高了企业的生产能力。
