摘  要：硬质合金旋转锉在汽车、模具、航空航天、机械制造与维修以及医疗设备等各行业中应用广泛。本文在分析了五坐标旋转锉刃磨机床的机械结构的基础上，针对一种外形头部类似为球体、身部类似为椭球体的硬质合金旋转锉类型，开展数学建模、刃磨加工、模型仿真等方面的研究。目前已经成功在国产五轴数控磨床上加工出品质优良的旋转锉，并在某厂投入生产运营。
