摘  要：济宁市范围内的煤矿在将PLC和变频技术应用于煤矿立井提升机电控方面进行了大量的研究和实践，并且取得了良好的现场使用效果，对国内同行具有相当的参考价值。

Abstract: Jining city within the scope of the coal mine in the PLC and frequency conversion technology is applied to mine hoist control done a lot of research and practice, and achieved good effect, has considerable reference value for domestic counterparts.
