Equipped with 7 points positioning function. VPS series is the multi function servo driver with of useful functions to meet various demands, such as “Feed Forward Torque function” to reduce the Deviation during the motion and “Servo Lock control function” for high level of stability. 　





By “Feed Forward Torque” control, it is possible to reduce the settling time by setting 2 types parameter of “Inertia” and “viscosity friction”. Also, it also reflects to the Auto Tuning, and it is very functiin. 　 　 Against the each positioning patterns, it is possible to select 2 patterns of Acceleration / Deceleration, 3 patterns of positioning speed, and 2 patterns of positioning methods (Absolute/Incremental). Since it is the standard Zero Return by using deceleration LS, it has variety of Zero Return functions such as LS zero return without having the deceleration LS, or one revolution short-cut positioning Zero Return that you can set up the discretionary angle as the Zero point if the traveling area of motor is within one revolution.
　 　 It is very effective for the vibration control by independently setting the gain changes from 2 items of position loop and the speed loop.
Since it is possible to change the gain at the 2 complete area settings and lower area, you can improve the stability at the stoppage by setting the items that is independently enable to adjust the gain for servo lock. 　　 By using Frequency response and frequency spectral vice versa, you can set the resonance control filter to the resonance points. It is equipped with 5 points of the resonance filters. With this function, you can maximize the potential of servo system and improve the tact time of machine.
