1) Analysis of market, competitors and tendency: Provide deep analysis and feedback on international market competition / market trend 2) Build up cooperation with other companies which have functional combined products 3) Build up strategy partner construction with customer and supplier (products and technology) 4) Maintain good contact/relationship with important customer and associations

1) Execute product life-cycle management 2) Create product and system conception according to market and customer requirement. Draw up product requirement specification and communicate with headquarter colleagues 3) Plan market introduction and implementation of products 4) Participate the discussion about product price or discount concept and prepare announcement description 5) Develop PLC business sales promotion and service program and drive implementation.

1) Provide product information and training to sales people 2) Work with regional sales team, to drive and achieve PLC sales objectives 3) Provide professional product introduction with technical presentation and article 4) Support professional fair preparation and present in fair and exhibition 5) Explain and answer questions from and with production, R&D, purchase, testing, marketing and sales, especially in the phase of product introduction

1) Provide argumentation material (sales guide, fighting guide, etc.) and product presentations for customer 2) Provide product data for corresponding product databases and supply product handbook in English and Chinese 3) Provide operation manual and instruction sheet 4) Define concept of technical documentation, support providing international product catalog and other sales required marketing material |
