摘  要：本文介绍了接触网故障诊断专家系统几个重要模块的设计思想，并利用Access数据库平台和Visual Basic编程技术对该系统进行编程实现。根据故障实例对系统功能进行验证，证明该系统满足各个模块功能设计要求，操作方便，稳定性好，具有较好的通用性和扩展性。
