摘  要：随着房地产业的快速发展，因电梯噪声引起的投诉也越来越多。文中针对电梯机房噪声的投诉案例，对电梯机房的噪声源进行了测量跟踪，并依据相关行业标准，对噪声是否超标做出了评判。在综合考虑整改成本和整改难易程度后，有针对性地进行了治理。
