摘  要：本文从提高供电可靠性、减少短时停电的角度出发对配电网故障自愈技术进行了详细的阐述。对馈线自动化和配电网保护的发展现状进行详细说明，从自愈速度和自愈率两方面考虑提出了一套评价智能配电网故障自愈能力的技术指标体系。
