摘  要：钢筋调直机的主要作用是对盘式的钢筋进行调直和定长切割。本文通过对钢筋调直机的定长切割原理进行了研究，并对该设备在工作过程中产生误差的原因进行了分析，提出了基于单片机的新型定长和切断伺服控制系统，目前，该装置已投入到实际运行中。
