摘  要：本文主要介绍了台湾永宏PLC在自动血袋成型机上的应用，利用高频对PVC进行熔接成型；系统采用的永宏FBs-MA系列经济型PLC，单机可带2轴100KHz高速脉冲输出，运用其高速脉冲输出控制伺服实现准确定位送料；人机界面采用永宏HU系列触摸屏，做触控与显示。
