摘  要：文中分析了目前油田在测试2000V电泵井等电气装备存在的问题，介绍了LCEPDI电参数动态平衡测试仪的设备组成、测量从机硬件设计、显示主机软件设计、LCEPDI电参数动态平衡测试仪的特点以及现场试验及应用情况，并对经济效益和社会效益进行了分析。
