摘  要：基于PLC为控制核心的智能乳化液泵站控制系统，采用集散循环控制方式，通过以太网与触摸屏实现系统的实时监控、信息交互、运行状态显示，同时具备故障诊断、参数保存等功能，可以大大地提高泵站系统自动化程度，实现智能化管理。
