摘 要: 本文主要阐述了永宏PLC在自动化鞋机行业注模材料配比上的应用，核心部件为永宏FBS系列PLC。设备主要由输送线体、逻辑执行气动机构与混料配比电机等组成。通过FID-B30系列变频器精准的控制频率控制混料泵，即能保证配比度，又不能提高生产效率。系统配以永宏最新C3系列触摸屏，画面清晰大气，操控简单高效。
