摘  要：针对物流系统大景深大视野读码困难，提出基于康耐视DataMan 363读码器和液态镜头搭配光源的方案。在现场使用中，在接收到PLC发出的触发信号之后，DataMan 363读码器触发拍照并解码，将读码信息上传至MES终端。MES处理条码信息，并将处理结果反馈给读码器，读取率达到99.98% 。
